4 Prisons in the United States Are Trying the Scandinavian Model of Restorative Justice

What does this photo have to do with prison? Considering how much I talk about the horrible food we’re fed inside, you wouldn’t think anything other than teasing myself, but if you were lucky enough to be someone who is participating in the “Little Scandinavia” unit in SCI Chester, this could be a meal you prepare for yourself and your fellow inmates on any given day.
